Employee training and certification is carried out on an ongoing basis within the group's annual program in Israel and at the manufacturer's factory abroad. The training and certifications are divided according to topics and areas of practice.

Internal Certifications - For several years, once a year, an ISO 9001 quality survey is conducted
Training and certification abroad in the manufacturer's factories and dedicated training facilities, training in Israel by senior technicians, or by abroad experts who arrived for training. Special attention is given when learning and assimilating new technologies and/or product lines.
Technician Training
Periodic training is taking place to deepen the knowledge in the fields of practice and the areas of the group's activity. Service and safety training by third party experts in their field. This training intersects the areas of expertise so all employees and service providers will praise the awareness and effectiveness of customer service of the group. Outstanding emphasis allocated to the annual survey, the analysis of the results, and the improvement of the points that require managerial and departmental consideration.
Technician Training
Our customers' training is carried out when the machine is installed in the factory, up and running. The training is given two aspects: production-operator and the maintenance aspect. If in-depth training is requested, this training will be carried out through an expert and/or a veteran-experienced operator.

The Unitechnic Group invites you to train employees and managers in the manufacturer's factories and/or training centers. Sometimes, training and exposure to new technologies occur in the manufacturer's factories, which can be joined by prior arrangement.
Technician Training
Training for the acclimatization of new technology is carried out by several individuals from abroad (representatives of the manufacturer) and staff from Israel. The manufacturer's integration in the machine’s training and reception process has been proven to significantly reduce the time taken for the initial run of the machine and enroll it in the production line.
